Wellness care, not medical treatment

This is the most important term on the page. AuraScan offers complementary wellness services — yoga therapy, energy assessment, acupressure, acupuncture, massage, counselling, lifestyle coaching, and traditional guidance. These are not medical diagnosis or medical treatment, and our specialists do not practise medicine.

Nothing we tell you, record for you or recommend to you replaces the advice of a registered medical practitioner. Do not stop, start or change any prescribed medication or treatment on the strength of anything from us.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from surgery or injury, tell us before your first session and speak to your doctor. Some practices are not suitable for everybody.

If you think you are having a medical emergency, call emergency services. Do not wait for us.

What an assessment is

An energy assessment records readings and observations made by a specialist. It describes what they observed on the day. It is not a diagnostic test and its readings are not clinical measurements.

Reports in your member account are a record of what was observed and suggested, kept so that your progress can be followed over time.

Booking and attendance

An appointment is confirmed when the centre confirms it, not when it is requested. A training application is a request for a place; we will contact you about dates before anything is confirmed, and applying does not reserve a place or oblige you to take one.

Please give at least {{NOTICE PERIOD}} notice to cancel or move an appointment. Sessions missed without notice may be counted as taken.

Arriving late may shorten your session, so that the person after you is not delayed.

Prices, payment and refunds

Prices shown on this website are current and include {{GST POSITION — INCLUSIVE OR EXCLUSIVE, AND GSTIN}}. Where a package covers a number of sessions, those sessions are valid for the period stated when you buy it.

Online payment is handled by Razorpay. A payment is complete only when we receive their confirmation.

Refunds: {{YOUR REFUND POLICY — for example, unused sessions refundable within N days, less any sessions taken; training fees non-refundable once a course has begun}}. Refunds are returned by the route the payment came in by.

Home trainings

Where we agree to teach yoga or meditation at your home, you agree to provide a space that is safe to practise in, and to have an adult present throughout where the student is a minor.

We may decline or discontinue a home training if the space or the circumstances are not suitable for it.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think somebody else has it. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

The information you give us — particularly about your health — needs to be accurate and complete. A specialist can only work with what you have told them.

We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service or another person.

This website

The text, photographs and material on this site belong to AuraScan or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced commercially without our agreement.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of error.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, our liability arising out of any service is limited to {{LIABILITY CAP — ASK YOUR ADVISER}}.

You take part in physical practices — yoga, stretching, breathing — at your own risk, and you agree to stop and tell the instructor if something hurts.

Who you are contracting with

AuraScan Wellness Centre is operated by its parent company, DV Soft. An agreement for services made through this website or at the centre is made with {{DV SOFT — REGISTERED NAME AND REGISTRATION NUMBER}}, trading as AuraScan Wellness Centre.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
