Who this is about
AuraScan Wellness Centre ("AuraScan", "we", "us") runs the wellness centre at Swarna Prabha Complex, 11/2 Arundelpet, Guntur, and this website. AuraScan is operated by its parent company, DV Soft, which is responsible for the systems this information is held in.
The registered entity and its details are {{DV SOFT — REGISTERED NAME, CIN/REGISTRATION NUMBER AND REGISTERED ADDRESS}}. Correspondence about your information should go to the centre in the first instance, using the details at the end of this policy.
This policy covers the website, the member portal you sign in to, and the records we keep when you visit the centre.
What we collect
When you enquire or apply for a training: your name, and a phone number or an email address — whichever you give us — along with anything you write in the message, and which service or course you were asking about. Enquiry forms also record the network address the message came from, which is used only to stop the same address flooding the form.
When you become a member: the same contact details, plus a password we never store in a readable form.
When you are treated at the centre: your health intake, the consents you give, and the readings a specialist records at each assessment — your energy centres, the observations made, and the remedies suggested. This is health information. It is the most sensitive thing we hold and it is treated that way.
When you buy: what you bought, when, for how much, and whether it is paid. We do not see, receive or store your card, UPI or bank details at any point — see "Payments" below.
Why we hold it
To provide the care you have asked for, and to make each visit informed by the last one — an assessment is only useful if it can be compared with the one before it.
To reply to you, to arrange appointments, and to tell you about a course you applied for.
To keep the accounts a business is required to keep.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay Software Private Limited. When you pay, the card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay's own secure form and go directly to them. They never pass through this website and we never store them.
What we receive back is confirmation of whether a payment succeeded, and a reference number for it. Razorpay handles that information under their own privacy policy.
Payments taken in person at the desk are recorded as an amount and a method — cash, card or UPI — and nothing more.
Who can see your records
Your health records are visible to the specialist treating you, and to the office staff who need them to run your appointments and your account. Every staff account has a defined role, and what each role may see is set deliberately rather than by default.
Actions taken on your record are logged with the name of the person who took them.
We disclose information outside the centre only where the law requires it of us.
How long we keep it
Health records are kept for {{RETENTION PERIOD — ASK YOUR ADVISER}} after your last visit, because a wellness record is of little use if it cannot be looked back over.
Enquiries and training applications that do not become bookings are kept for {{RETENTION PERIOD}} and then removed.
Accounting records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, and only when you sign in or use a form: it identifies your session so the site knows you are still you between pages. It carries no advertising identifier and no tracking profile.
We run no third-party advertising or analytics scripts on this website.
What you can ask us to do
You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, and withdraw a consent you previously gave.
Ask by writing to contact@aurascan.in or by calling the centre. We will respond within {{RESPONSE PERIOD}}. We may need to confirm who you are first — it protects you, not us.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, our grievance officer is {{NAME}}, reachable at {{EMAIL}} and {{PHONE}}. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
A person under 18 is treated at the centre only with a parent or guardian present, and their account and records are managed by that parent or guardian.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Where a change affects what we do with information already collected, we will tell members directly rather than rely on you noticing.
Anything unclear?
Ask us. We would rather explain it than have you agree to something you are unsure of.
