What it is
About the session
A sixty minute session that starts with an assessment and then works from it. The energy centres are read first, so the balancing that follows is aimed at what your own reading showed rather than run as a fixed sequence from top to bottom.
The balancing itself uses sound — singing bowls and tone held at particular pitches — along with guided breathing and, where it is appropriate, hands-on pranic work. Nothing is invasive, nothing is inserted or ingested, and you stay clothed and comfortable throughout. Most people find the hour itself deeply restful, which is part of the point.
At the end you are told plainly which centres were worked on and why, and that is recorded. If you come back, the next session starts from what this one found instead of beginning again from nothing.
Chakra therapy is complementary care. People often come to it for tension and for pain that has been investigated medically; it supports that care and does not replace it, and it is not a diagnosis.

How this session works
- You book a single appointment. 60 min, with no membership behind it and nothing that renews afterwards.
- The session is adapted to you. Tell the specialist what you are dealing with, and what happens in the room is built around that rather than run to a script.
- You leave with it written down. Whatever you are asked to practise at home is given to you in writing, with timing, rather than left to memory.
- It is recorded. If you come back, the next session starts from what this one found instead of beginning again.

How to book
