Shat Kriyas
Aurascan offers guidance in Shatkriyas, the six yogic cleansing techniques, to purify the body and mind. These practices promote physical health, improve energy flow, and prepare individuals for deeper yoga and meditation practices.

Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water
Rest Well: Avoid heavy work or stress
Break Gently: Start with light foods like fruits
Listen to Your Body: Stop if you feel unwell
We believe that quality will automatically go into the product if it lies in the intentions of the people working on the product. We always strive to handpick such people for our team.
Herbal Juices
The centre may suggest herbal juices alongside your programme. These are traditional preparations, not medicines, and they are suggested to support a routine rather than to act on any condition:
For everyday energy: Amla or Ashwagandha
As part of a cleansing routine: Wheatgrass or Neem
After meals: Ginger or Tulsi
For winding down: Brahmi
Taken through the season: Giloy or Turmeric
Check with your doctor before starting any herbal preparation, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking prescribed medication.
Stretching
Aurascan Stretching:
Flexibility improvement
Muscle tension relief
Better circulation
Suitable for all levels
Relaxations
Restful Relaxation for Aurascan
1. Lie Down Comfortably (2 minutes): Find a cozy position, on your back if possible
2. Deep Breaths (3 minutes): Inhale deeply, exhale slowly to calm the mind
3. Full-Body Rest (10 minutes): Close your eyes, let go of all tension, and focus on simply being still.
A gentle practice to promote deep rest and rejuvenation.
